Questions you should ask your cabling Installer: For your system to operate trouble free and at full capacity, it is essential that the cabling, for the network, be installed by Network Cabling Professionals. Before you allow anyone to install a new system, or touch an existing system, ask the following questions:

Question 1:

Can the installer design a cable infrastructure to meet the current and future system requirements?

Question 2:

Will the cable be installed to meet TIA/EIA specifications for Category 5, Category 5e, as well as the emerging requirements for Category 6 (1GB)?

Question 3:

Will the installer provide printed test results to demonstrate that the system does, in fact, meet category standards?

Question 4:

Should problems develop with your network system, now or in the future, can your installer test and diagnose the problem whether cable or hardware?

Question 5:

Can the installer correctly terminate the optical cable fibers which becomes increasingly complex and important as greater bandwidth is added to your computer system?
